After knee surgery, a 6 week period of no squats or kneeling.

Doctor took off my bandages and gave me color pictures of the meniscus tear, pretty impressive detail. It showed the strands that were hanging from the meniscus, and had to be cut to avoid pain and inflammation as well as other problems with time.
