10 Best Shoulder Exercises for Men

After a fall, and and rotator cuff surgery, I found myself returning to serious daily exercise routines for my upper body. The shoulders have many small hidden muscles that are protected by large exterior muscles that attach to the torso. Since isolating muscles when exercising is not possible, I am also exercising neighboring muscles to prepare for another 10 years of life. Life is difficult, but life with pain is often unbearable. Exercise will hopefully give some muscle protection to a fragile body if I fall again. (happy emoji here)
