A shifting narrative

‘Nobody knew there would be a pandemic or epidemic of this proportion’ ‘It’s going to disappear. One day it’s like a miracle – it will disappear’‘Anybody that needs a test gets a test. We – they’re there. They have the tests. And the tests are beautiful’‘I’ve always known this is a real – this is a pandemic. I felt it was a pandemic long before it was called a pandemic. I’ve always viewed it as very serious’ Americans will have access ‘to vaccines, I think, relatively soon’

I love media and communication, as well as digital technology. I write and speak fluently in Spanish and English. I was born in New York, but was sent to Puerto Rico at an early age, where I lived until drafted by the U.S. army. Upon returning from an honorable discharge, I found Puerto Rico small and limited at the time. I moved to Boston where I pursued musical studies and later worked as a musician, teacher, and speech-pathologist in New York. I am currently still interested in world politics, social justice, and income inequality. Health and wellness are essential to survive and thrive. I am working on patience and skills necessary to keep learning.

  1. We need to hold onto hose quotes. Trump’s job approval rating is at an all time high… and now almost fifty percent. The message isn’t getting out. America’s epidemic is out in front of the rest of the world because Trump spent six weeks denying and alternatively patting himself on the back instead of figuring out a national strategy.
