Climbing stairs, doing jumping jacks or even taking as few as 15 steps during mini-breaks improved blood sugar control among office workers.1

My 2 cents opinion: I keep a 30 min. timer, or constantly look at the time to avoid getting too involved while sitting.

Mi opinión: Yo mido el tiempo que estoy sentado, trato de no exceder 30 minutos sin olvidarme que estoy sentado.
